My mission is to spread awareness about the intricacy and the beauty of chess as not many people look at it as a competitive sport but more of a board game used to pass time.  I started playing chess at a young age of 6.  The journey has taught me how to maintain sense of discipline, focus, dedication and resilience during tough times, which I want to share and spread with everyone.  I also want to build the community of likeminded chess enthusiasts.

I am actively serving as Coach at Shoreview Chess since 2020; and have taught, guided and mentored 100+kids ranging from 5 to 13 years.  I have created a blog that includes various game techniques, strategies, positions I have taught over years.  I have also shared my favorite chess reference books.  Thanks to Coach Demetrius Goins and Coach Clarence who helped shaped me to be not just a strong chess player, but also a better human being; and gave me an opportunity to teach young kids and grow my chess journey.

I am also a vice president and contributing member of the Prestigious Irvington Chess Club where I conduct chess tournaments, invite experienced chess players to share their journey and drive enthusiasm and awareness about game of Chess. Please join the Irvington Facebook Chess group.

My passion for this game has started from my childhood and I hope to carry it on throughout my life.
